Ensure you have Flash Player installed (version 8 or above). If not, you can download it from here.

To navigate the online modules, use the previous and next buttons in the lower right corner of each page.

Ensure your pop-up blocker is disabled because some activities within the modules are contained in a pop-up window. When instructed, click this button to start this type of activity:

Use the browser's close (X) button to close any pop-up window and go back to the main learning.

To complete a knowledge check,  type your answer into the text field and click 'Compare' or 'Check Answer' :
