Masters go Down Fighting

The New Zealand Masters team has been beaten 8-4 by a strong Australian team in the first test in Canberra.

In the first of three tests, the Kiwis were beaten 8-4 by Australia.  Full results are on their way, but at this point it is known that Scott Gardiner, Rod Bannister, Mark Waldin and Becky Clarke were victorious for the Kiwis.

The second test will be played on Sunday evening, followed by a break for the Australian Masters Championships.  The third (and hopefully deciding) test will be played on Friday 6 September.
