Junior Squash Blacks beaten by Kuwait

The NZ Junior Boys' team has been beaten 2-1 by fellow 16-18 seeds Kuwait at the World Champs overnight.

Scott Galloway was the sole victor for the New Zealand junior team, comfortably beating his Kuwaiti opponent 11-1 11-4 11-4 in 18 minutes.  Kuwait's strength in depth through their playing order was their trump card though, with Luke Jones and Max Trimble both beaten in three sets in 31 and 27 minutes respectively.New Squash NZ Logo horizontal small

New Zealand's next assignment will be Zimbabwe, as the team looks to secure the highest finish it possibly can.
