Scott Galloway and Madison Miles have claimed the Under 19 at the 2015 South island Age Groups at the Marlborough Squash Rackets Club.

Madison Miles was seeded second in the Under 19 girls but with her opponent Lucy Martin having knocked over the top seed the previous day it was never going to be easy for her to claim the title. The games were hard fought and it seemed as if the games could go either way with both players working hard and showing off their skills on court. However Miles managed to clinch the win in a hard fought fourth game.

In the Under 19 boys Scott Galloway will take the trophy back across the straight with a win in 3 over his opponent Jayden Millard. Millard showed Galloway he was not going down ithout a fight and he managed to show some great shots at points, however even with the third game going long it was not enough for Millard and Galloway clinched the title 15/13 in the third.

In the Under 17 Girls the trophy will go to the Northern most region of New Zealand with Zoe Dykzeul claiming the win over Ruby Beresford. Dykzeul and Beresford had to fight point for point in the first two games but Dykzeul was able to just pull ahead in both, however it looked as if the tides may have changed in the third with Dykzeul struggling tofind her form and rhythm in this game, however after the third Dykzeul came back on to court and showed Beresford she wanted this title and never looked back taking the game in 4.

In the Under 17 Boys Lwamba Chileshe managed to secure a strong win over his opponent Rafa Yam. Both players showed great skills and some excellent rallies. Every game was tight with both players almost going point for point with there only being a slight edge for the winners. It looked like it would go to the five as Yam and Chileshe went long, however Yam couldn't manage to claw his way back and Chileshe claimed the Under 17 title.

In the Under 15 Girls the Galloways saw another trophy to add to their mantlepiece with Charlotte Galloway managing to get a comfortable win over her opponent Sophie Whittall. Whittall struggled to match Galloways intensity and pace putting up a strong fight but never quite being able to get across the line.

In the Under 15 Boys Temwa Chileshe added to the Chileshes success for the weekend with a win over fellow North Islander Glenn Templeton. Templeton struggled to match Chileshes pace and shots with Chileshe claiming vistory in 3.

The Under 13 and 11 titles were both claimed by Natalie Sayes. Sayes started off the day taking out newby Caitlin Millard. Sayes showed her experience on the squash court against Millard. This experience from Sayes carried over into her Under 13's game where she took out Dileesia Henare in 3 as well. Henare put up a strong fight but Sayes was warmed and ready to claim another title and showed why she already has a number of titles to her name.

In the Under 13 Boys Nathan Briggs took out Braedyn Henderson in a hard fought 3 setter. With all the games going point for point Briggs managed to grab the edge in each game and hold it to take the title.

The Under 11 Boys saw one of the more interesting games of the day with a 5 setter between Freddie Jameson and Tom Marshall. Marshall managed to take the first two games in what were hard fought point for point battles, however in the third Jameson found another gear and came out firing to level the score at 2 all. The fifth saw both players leave everything on court but it was Jamesons day and he took another title back to Northland.
