North Island Age Group Champs Crowned

The best players in their age groups have been crowned at the North Island Age Groups held at Mitchell Park with all but one of the top seeds taking home their respective titles. 

In the Girls Under 11 Natalie Sayes has claimed her third title in 2 weeks. She managed to get the win over her fellow club mate Jade Stratford in the final. The Girls Under 13 saw second seed Ariata Kutia take the win over first seed Renee Dudson in the final.

In the Girls Under 15 Anika Jackson has added another trophy to her ever growing list of titles after beating Rhiarne Taiapa. The Under 17 girls saw Anna Hughes manage to take the title after beating Zoe Dykzeul who won the South Island Age Groups the week earler.

The Under 19 Girls saw Abbie Palmer manage to claim her North Island title before she departed to the Netherlands to compete in the World Junior Championships. Palmer defeated Nikki Kennedy in the final. 

The Boys Under 11 saw Apa Fatialofa manage to beat Noah Thomas. In the Under 13 Boys it was a battle of the same families with Leo Fatialofa beating Elijah Thomas in the final.

Boys Under 15 saw Gabe Yam manage to beat Temwa Chileshe who had previously won the Under 15 title at the South Island Age Groups the week earlier. The Boys under 17 saw Rafa Yam claim the title after missing out at the South Island Age Groups the previous weekend. He had to get past Quinn Udy in the final.

The Boys Under 19 saw Jamie Oakley claim his first Under 19 title after beating his fellow club mate Alex Revington in the final.
