Day 2 Blog From World Junior Champs

Jamie Oakley gives us an update on the World Junior Mens teams second day on the ground.

Day 2: yet another 8am start for team NZ, this time I managed to catch up on some well needed Z's.... Again the Vienna hotel delivered the goods at breakfast and this was accompanied by a hit on the brand new courts. Another interesting experience and a slippery one at that. Due to the lack of transport to and from the hotel we've become well accustomed to the taxi drivers whom are dodgier than the Balinese markets. An inspirational team meeting took place at midday and had us all fired up for the match-play that took place in the afternoon. It's only day 2 yet we've already got our local Pizza / Pasta parlour. With all the pizza that has been consumed I think it's fair to say we're maintaining a well rounded diet .....
