Tauranga Squash Rackets Club Inc. 50th Anniversary

Tauranga Squash Rackets Club Inc. has hit a major milestone and they want you to help them celebrate. "All current and past members and all of our squash friends are invited to Tauranga for the weekend of 22/23 July to join in our 50th Anniversary Celebrations and Reunion."

A wonderful weekend of squash is on show as our celebrations coincide with the hosting of the World Junior Championships.

The Devoy Squash & Fitness Centre is the new face of the Tauranga Squash Club having built a brand new 6 court complex 5 years ago just a few blocks down from the old 7th Ave Club that has been sold to developers. Full details including videos of the new complex are available on our website

Devoy Squash & Fitness is one of the hosts of the World Junior Championships along with Mt Maunganui & Te Puke Squash Clubs. A full glass court will be erected at the QE2 Youth Centre a short walk from the Devoy club. The Devoy Squash & Fitness and the QE2 Youth Centre will be hosting top international squash throughout the Anniversary weekend with Quarter Finals scheduled for Saturday and Semi Finals on Sunday. The opportunity is available for 50th Anniversary participants to purchase priority VIP seating for the Saturday afternoon session. We then will move the celebrations to the wonderful Sebel Trinity Wharf Hotel on the Tauranga harbour edge for a dinner and live band.
