Oceania Squash Federation Seeks Oceania Coach Developer

The Oceania Squash Federation is seeking to undertake a coach education program aimed at enhancing the standard of coaching skills and the number of coaches in Samoa.

This would involve introducing potential and existing squash coaches to a formal coach education program so that they have the skills to conduct player and group coaching.

Oceania Squash is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified coaches who would like to be considered for this role.

The initial focus would concentrate on training new coaches at an introductory level based broadly on the WSF Level I syllabus or similar i.e. the coaching frameworks of either Australia or New Zealand. The training course would also entail assessment and examination for formal recognition and certification with a view to further personal development at a later stage.
