Squash NZ Announces New Streaming Partnership

Squash New Zealand will partner with N-Tech using New Zealand’s leading streaming service, i-Film to stream five of the seven premier events for the 2019 season.

Audiences will be able to view the action on the Squash NZ Facebook page, the Squash NZ website and Youtube.

Viewers will notice improvements to our streaming in 2019, including the addition of on-screen graphics, live scoring, live court switching and replays. i-Film will use 3 cameras on the main court, and 1 on a second court. Using 3 cameras on the main court will provide the ability to stream replays and use different camera angles to make viewing more exciting. We aim to bring you more player interviews and commentary where available. Streams will be in the best quality high definition 1080/720p where venue internet connection allows.

Squash NZ CEO Jamie Tong says “we are pleased to partner with someone like N-tech who has a proven track record in streaming a number of sporting codes. N-tech’s links with broadcasters will help in our goal to bring squash to a more mainstream media audience”
