The New Zealand Senior Nationals for 2015 are all set and Christchurch Football is ready to host 130 people for what is going to be a great weekend of squash.

The Men's and Women's draws will see 32 players battling out for the top honours. In the Men's Open Campbell Grayson is seeded first and he will be looking to take the title out after coming runner up in 2014. Second seed Paul Coll will be looking to make his first Nationals final, after having won the Australian Open two weeks ago Coll will be set to turn the tables and get his name on the prestigous Riddiford Gold Cup. Coll is expected to face Martin Knight and 2014 National Champion in the Semi-Finals, Knight has secured his name on this trophy three times and he will be looking to make it a fourth this weekend. Lance Beddoes and Evan Williams have secured fourth and fifth seeds respectively after what has been a great season for both players. They will be making sure it is a tough road ahead for the top three seeds. Chris Van Der Salm, Ben Grindrod and Chris Llloyd round out the top 8 of the Men's Draw.

In the Women's Open Joelle King takes the top spot and one year on from rupturing her achilles at the 2014 Senior Nationals King she will be wanting to take back the title. There will be some tough matches to be had throughout this draw with Amanda Landers-Murphy and Megan Craig taking second and third seeds respectively. Both of these younger players have shown their strength on the circuit this year and they will be keen to try and claim the title. Craig will be looking to put her name on there again after winning the title last year. Shelley Kitchen returns to her first Senior nationals since 2008. Kitchen has spent the past 4 years in Australia raising her two girls and this will see her fighting it out for the Mitchell Rose Bowl. Kitchens name features on this trophy 4 times already but she will be certain to want to make this a fifth time. Up and coming junior Ellie Epke takes the fifth seed after an excellent performance at the North Island Championships and the World Junior Championships in Eindhoven earlier this month. Emma Millar, Danielle Fourie and Jo Shanks round out the top 8 with all players looking to make it a tough battle for the Women's title.

In the Inter-District Teams event the Waikato Women are seeded to take out the K.A.Mackwell Cup. With the District not having won this title since 2011 the team of Joelle King, Kylie Lindsay, Emma Millar, Jacinta Matson and Nadine Cull will be fired up and ready for a win. They will have a tough battle ahead of them with the Bay of Plenty Womens team featuring Amanda Landers-Murphy, Jo Shanks, Nadia Hubbard, Holly Donnelly and Camden Te Kani McQueen. The other Women's Teams include Northland, Auckland, Canterbury and 2014 winners Central. It is sure to be a tough battle for all teams involved.

In the Men's Draw 2014 winners Wellington will be back to defend their title with Martin Knight, Evan Williams, Sam Atkins, Willie Bicknell, Scott Galloway and Richard Pittams rounding out the team. They are expected to face second seeds Canterbury in the final with Canterbury fielding a team of Paul Coll, Chris Van Der Salm, Scott Gardiner, Jonny Barnett and Alex Oakley.
