Junior Nationals DrawsSquashCity

The 2015 Junior Nationals draws are set and with over 170 entries it is sure to be a great weekend of Squash in Invercargill.

In the Girls Under 19 draw Ellie Epke is set to take her 4th consecutive Under 19 Girls title, however she will have to face off some stiff competition along the way with second seed Abbie Palmer competing in the Under 19's event for the first time. This could be the longest run of the Under 19 girls title since Kylie Lindsay took the title out form 1999-2001. Kaitlyn Watts and Juee Bhide will also be looking to try and knock the top 2 seeds out of the Under 19 draws as well.

In the Boys Under 19 draw Luke Jones has drawn the top spot with Scott Galloway seeded second. Jamie Oakley and Rafa Yam round out the top 4 taking 3rd and 4th seeds respectively. Oakley, Galloway and Jones have all claimed a national title in 2015 so they will all be looking to make this a second one for the year and Jone will want this to be his second under 19 Boy's title in a row.

The other age groups are also expected to produce some great games. The Boys Under 17 will see a new name on this title with Matthew Lucente and Finn Trimble seeded to meet in the final with Quinn Udy and Sean Dykes taking 3rd and 4th spots respectively. The Girls Under 17 is set for a nother Hughes sister to take the title with Anna seeded first but Zoe Dykzeul, Ruby Turnbull and Courtney Trail round out the top 4.

The Under 15 Boys is expected to have a tough final with Logan Webber and Glenn Templeton due to meet in the final if they can get past Will Donnelly and Kobe Fleming on their way. Anika Jackson is top seed in the Under 15 Girls with Winona Jo-Joyce, Annmarie Holst and Charlotte Galloway rounding out the top 4.

Ariata Kutia, Ruby Saies, Dileesia Henare and Natalie Sayes will be eyeing up the Under 13 Girls title whilst Leo Fatialofa, Elijah Thomas, Joe Smyth and Mason Smales are expected to battle it out in the Under 13 Girls.

Some of New Zealands youngest players in the Under 11's will see another Fatialofa try to take the Boys Under 11 title with Apa having to get past Tom Marshall, Noah Thomas and Freddie Jameson to claim victory. Jade Stratford, Sophie Hodges, Ella Lash and Gemma Thompson are the top 4 in the Under 11 Girls event.
