The complex management rights of the Whakatane Squash Club are currently up for sale.

The complex, introduced to professional manangement by the husband and wife team of Graeme & Jill Randolph three years ago, brought the club into the new and current open door concept, but is now up for sale.

The club is located in the hub of the Eastern Bay of Plenty in the North Island - a region known best for its beautiful beaches, prestine scenery, outdoor pursuits and attractions with the cities of Tauranga & Rotorua just an hour's driveaway.

Facilities include four glass back courts, spectator viewing, a recently re-decorated lounge and bistro and a Pro Shop. Income streams could be comprised of membership fees, court hire (pay-to-play), bar turnover, venue hire,squash tournaments and teams events, pro shop sales and professional coaching (for an accredited coach).
