SquashFit workouts are based on a comprehensive resource kit of 50 pre-packaged self-explanatory exercise cards (20 skill and 30 fitness) and video tutorials to help you effectively train. It is also available in digital form. There are many ways to use the cards to work on different aspects of your game. This can be done individually, in pairs or as a group.
